The secret to our success is our people. Our founding leadership lives and breathes 3C, with the goal of not just achieving outstanding client service, but also providing an excellent work environment for our staff and field professionals.

As a result, we have a staff that’s been together for several years and a core foundation of skilled field workers who also have many years with our company. We work multi-craft, so that on any given job we provide ironworkers, carpenters, laborers, and millwrights. We play to their skill set and assign them to projects that will maximize their strengths for the benefit of our client.
